Rebekah and Matthew Gregory have been in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years. In addition to Airbnb, Rebekah and Matthew purchase, remodel, and sell residential real estate as well as own long term rental properties and indoor mini storage units. They are passionate about our beautiful city and love the culture, community, and properties it provides! Rebekah and Matthew, already being experienced airbnb superhosts, decided to partner with Lauren and purchase the 6 unit building now known as Rushton Suites. Rebekah, Matthew, and Lauren spent months restoring the 120+ year old home and preparing it for you! They are committed to providing an excellent travel experience by ensuring comfortable and stylish decor, clean spaces, and quick customer service.
Lauren Nicholson is a licensed homebuilder, real estate investor, and Birmingham native. She studied Spanish at Samford University and began investing in real estate in her early 20s, while working as a Spanish interpreter. She loves her city and enjoys creating beautiful, comfortable and unique spaces for guests while sharing all that Birmingham has to offer. When she’s not hosting, she loves hiking, traveling and playing ultimate frisbee. She’s also passionate about supporting the local community and is on the board of inToto Creative Arts, a non-profit that provides creative outlets for people experiencing homelessness and previous incarceration.
