The Rushton Suites building was purchased by Matthew Gregory, Rebekah Gregory, and Lauren Nicholson in 2022. The building was originally built in 1901 as a single family residential home. Years later, the historic home was converted into a six unit multi family complex. Our team purchased and restored the building in a way that creates a modern experience while still maintaining its historic charm. The bones of Rushton Suites is over 100 years old and is a beautiful piece of Birmingham’s history.
