This loft is located on the top floor. Fall in love with Downtown Birmingham by staying at our studio lofts here at Rushton Suites! This large historic home was built in the early 1900s and was later converted into a 6 unit apartment building. Our units are perfect for 2 people, with 1 bed, 1 bath, a fully stocked kitchen, small dining area, desk and 55 inch smart TV in each unit! Perfect for short or longer term stays! This accommodation is located in a beautiful part of the city amongst parks and historical houses. The unit we stayed in was tastefully renovated while keeping the period piece charm. High ceiling and wooden floors along with a renovated bathroom and kitchen stood out. The hosts were excellent communicators and it was very easy to check in and check out. The best part about the stay was the king size bed with incredible mattress, sheets, and comforter. It was welcoming after a long day of travel. The location in the city is excellent for a quiet nights rest but close enough to all the restaurants and shops as needed. The coffee shop on the corner is perfect to wake up to. I will be back again

A wonderful renovated historic home that is well appointed in every way! It is clean, charming, spacious, quiet, convenient, cozy, and laid out in a lovely way! We were so pleased with Unit 1 (upstairs) and Matthew communicates quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Matthew's location is right in a sweet spot for those visiting Birmingham, AL. There's plenty of easy access to the areas both inside & outside of the downtime area, excellent restaurants 5-15 minutes in every direction, and plentiful parking available on the street. The unit itself was extremely clean & spacious, with some courtesy drinks in the fridge - which I know we were very appreciative of after a long drive!
Matthew & co's communication is top-notch, responding to our questions within the hour with detailed answers to help us out with anything that arose. We felt incredibly welcome during our stay, and we'll definitely be revisiting if we're in Birmingham!
