Fall in love with Downtown Birmingham by staying at our studio lofts here at Rushton Suites! This large historic home was built in the early 1900s and was later converted into a 6 unit apartment building. Our units are perfect for 2 people, with 1 bed, 1 bath, a fully stocked kitchen, small dining area, desk and 55 inch smart TV in each unit! Perfect for short or longer term stays! If you are planning to stay in town for an extended period of time, ask us about our long term stay discounts!
The space
The unit includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, large tv, dresser, and a designated workspace. The unit has 1 bathroom which includes a stylish vanity and a tub shower combo. The kitchen includes a sitting area for 2, a stove/oven, large refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups, and a variety of cooking utensils. Beautiful Double French doors lead out onto the front porch making this space extra special.
Guest access
When you walk in the main front door, this unit will be on your right. During your stay you will have complete private access to this entire unit with 1 bed, 1 bath, and a kitchen! The front and back porches are shared spaces between all 6 units, feel free to use these but please be mindful of other guests and please respect our quiet hours of 10pm-6am!

We have a strict no smoking policy! Additionally, we do not allow PARTIES/EVENTS/OR GATHERINGS OF ANY SIZE.

I wrote a review for them before because I stayed two weekends. I can’t rave enough about this place. It’s in a beautiful area and it’s close to the highway. There a coffee shop within walking distance and a nice little park to walk through. The air bnb is SO NICE!! It’s very cozy, the decor is absolutely beautiful and very homey feeling. It’s very clean and spacious in both of the units I stayed in. I would def. Stay here again anytime I come to Bham. The hosts are always there to help and we’re always there when I needed them.

Extremely clean, thoughtful details (like easy outlet accessibility and plenty of towels/pillows/blankets), and nicely decorated. Hosts are quick to respond. Unit is in a large house divided into several units meaning noise can be an issue. Location was convenient.
